Beautiful Dun Laoghaire

Peaceful, quiet and with miles of wavelapped coastline, Dun laoghaire is one of the largest man made ports in the world. We're a quick (16 minute) Dart journey to Dublin city centre. A 20 minute cycle to UCD or a short bus journey (7 kms). A short walk to the cinema, shopping centres, Theatre and the pub.

More than just a Student Residence

Included in your room rate is the full use of the house. We have 24 hour CCTV in all common areas and wireless internet access throughout the house. Rooms are heated with electric storage heaters and all utility bills are included in your rental fees. Each bedroom is given a light clean once a week and the common areas and bathrooms are cleaned daily.

Shared Kitchen

The shared kitchen includes all modern appliances (Kettle, microwave, food mixer, toaster etc) as well as 2 hobs and 2 ovens. Each guest is allocated a space in the fridge and freezer as well as a food storage unit.

Outdoor Social Area

Our outdoor area has a covered seated section with comfortable seating, a BBQ, a music station a smoking area as well as a bike rack for bike storage.

Lounge

We have a 42 inch flat screen TV with cable TV, a working fireplace board games, books (take one and leave one behind). It's open 24/7

Dining Area

We have a large communal dining area with lots of space to mingle and get to know other guests.

We have a selection of single, double / twin, triple and four bedded rooms, some are ensuite and some are shared, some have private balconies, others have large windows with views over the harbour - but all are cosy and unique.

All rooms are spacious, clean and comfy and well lit.
