COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

 
 

These guidelines are meant to support a warm, welcoming and safe place for all guests to be able to live in. They are not meant to be an exhaustive list but will hopefully help guide the residence in the right direction.

  • Please only open the front door if you know they person outside. Please use the CTTV screen by the front door to check before opening.

  • Please be aware that there is CCTV in all public areas of the house.

  • Please always check the front door is properly closed when you come in or out.

  • Non-residents are welcome but we have a strict policy of not allowing non-residents into the bedrooms.

  • Non-residents must leave the premises by 23.30.

  • When using any common area(dining room, TV room, Patio etc) please leave it as you found it.

  • When using the Kitchen, please clean the cooker/hob and wash spaces after you. Please also tidy the drying rack of dishes.

  • Please don’t slam doors.

  • Please do not leave any food, dishes etc behind you in the evening in common areas.

  • Rooms are cleaned once a week and have to be shared with your roommates so please keep them tidy.

  • Please keep your belongings confined to your allocated space (even when there is an empty space available). It’s not nice to have to bring new guests to a room and move other people’s belongings out of their space.

  • Check out time is 11am and Check-in time is from 3pm to 6pm only.

  • Fresh bed sheets are provided upon check-in but please wash them at your convenience.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Cancellations received 10 days prior to the arrival  date will be given a full refund.

  • Cancellations received between 10 days and your arrival date may be liable to a 25% cancellation charge.

  • Please note that if you are paying monthly, no refunds can be extended after the first day of occupancy on your booking.

  • If you would like to extend your monthly stay, please give at least 14 days notice prior to the end of your booking so that we can extend the booking.

These guidelines are meant to give everyone a safe and welcoming atmosphere. We’d ask that everyone respect each other at all times. If a guest is found to be in breach of the above guidelines, we reserve the right to cancel a booking with 24 hours notice in order to protect the atmosphere and community we live in.
